A quiet spot built for travelers who need a real break
We opened in 2024 because Goodwater didn't have a real place for RVers to stop. Race fans, off-road folks, and lake visitors needed somewhere calm to park.
We wanted a park where you pull in, hook up, and actually relax. No noise, no crowding, just trees and quiet county road.
That mindset shows up in how we set up sites. Full hookups, room for your towed vehicle, and a fire pit for the evening.

Reliable hookups
Every site gets full electric, water, and sewer. We check them so your stay stays smooth. Our crew walks each hookup before a new guest pulls in. Sewer lines get checked between stays too, so nothing backs up on you. A clean, working hookup means you can focus on your trip instead of your trailer.

Booking a site should be easy. Here's how we make sure it goes that way. You start by picking your dates and site type online or by phone. Our staff confirms your spot and sends details about check-in. We walk new guests through parking, hookups, and site rules before they settle in. Most folks are parked and set up within twenty minutes of arrival. If plans change, you can call ahead and adjust your reservation without a hassle.

Small rig, big rig, or here for a race weekend, we figure out what fits. Then we match you to a site.
We recommend the right spot
Pull-through, medium, or large, we suggest what actually works for your setup. We won't push a site you don't need.
We follow through
Your hookups are ready when you arrive. If something's off, we fix it fast. We check power, water, and sewer lines before you pull in. That way you can hook up and relax right away. If a cord or hose gives you trouble, just let the office know. Someone will come take a look the same day. We want your first night here to feel easy, not stressful.
